Sater Design Collection

As you search for house plans on our website, you may find a plan that is almost, but not quite, perfect; there's just a few things you'd change to make it your dream home. We offer plan customization to tailor our plans to fit your specifications using a three-step process.

First is the assessment stage. Call us at 1-800-718-PLAN, with the exact Sater Design plan number of the plan you are interested in, and we will fax you a footprint image of the floorplan and a Customization Request Form. Complete this form including the changes you are requesting on the plan footprint. Mail the form, plan footprint, and payment of $125.00 to this address:

Next, within approximately one week, a proposal will be sent to you. Return the signed, accepted proposal, and place your order directly with Sater Design by calling 1-800-718-PLAN.

Finally, the completed, customized plans will be sent to you. Customizing plans typically takes 5-6 weeks, but it may take longer or shorter depending upon how extensive your changes are. That's all you'll have to do to get a Sater Design Collection house plan customized exactly to your specifications.
